The board of the SOFv tries to represent the interests of the member associations on the university and externally. The board has been inaugurated and will last for one year. More information on the current, XXXIVth, board of SOFv can be found below.

Dear reader,
My name is Jikke Huber (she/her) and this year I have the honour to be the Chair of the XXXIVth board of SOFv! This means that I hold the final responsibility for all things related to SOFv. Last year I did a board year at study association Postelein, where I fulfilled the position of Commissioner of Education. Since I really enjoyed being part of the board last year, I decided to do another board year and here we are!
To share a bit more about myself, I am 20 years old and I was born and raised in Doetinchem. However, I’ve been living in Nijmegen for almost 2 years and I’m not planning on leaving anytime soon. In my free time I enjoy having drinks (Kasteel Rouge for the win) or playing games with friends and reading books.
I am really looking forward to next year and to getting to know all of you better. If you have any questions or you just want to have a chat, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!

My name is Noah Neijenesch (they/them) and I will be your secretary for SOFv this year! This year, you will mostly come across me in your organisation’s e-mail inbox or see me typing away during the gmas. I also maintain the website and LinkedIn and make sure those are up to date with relevant information.
I am 21 years old and I am currently studying English Language and Culture. Last year I was the secretary of T.E.A. The English Association (formerly known as G.A.G. Great Anglo-Saxon Gobblers), during which I realised I truly am a secretary at heart. I cannot wait to see what this year will bring. I am already immensely enjoying getting to know all of you and working together with my lovely board.

Dear reader,
My name is Bo Naber (she/her) and I’m currently 20 years old. I’m in my fourth year of the Sociology bachelor and attempting to get quite some ECs this year. Last year, I was Treasurer of study association Den Geitenwollen Soc, which I absolutely loved. So much, that I’ll be doing it again this year as a Treasurer for the XXXIVth board of SOFv!
As Treasurer, I’ll be the one guarding SLIM’s group travel subsidy money, so if you have any questions, feel free to contact me anytime! I am very much looking forward to getting to know all of the member organisations this year and helping you all with your financial questions. I am there to help you, so really don’t hesitate to ask me anything. Next to my financial duties, I will also be mainly responsible for the PR of SOFv this year.
I really like being around people and going out for drinks and good food. I work at a café in Nijmegen called Eten en Drinken and I invite you all to come have a drink there! Next to this, I really enjoy being an active member at Den GWS and spending time with friends and family.
I can’t wait to get to know you all better at the CoBo’s, the activities or hanging around the campus. I am always open for questions or just a fun chat, so feel free to contact me anytime!

Dear reader,
My name is Iris Nieborg (she/her) and this year I will be the Political Chair of the XXXIVth board of SOFv. This means that I (together with Colin) will represent you in the University Student Council next year. If you come across any issues with the university policy or you may have any ideas for new policies, you can always send me a text.
I myself study for a masters degree in Public Administration and I am 22 years old. Last year I was the Chair at Studievereniging BOW. Here I first came in contact with SOFv and got motivated to do another board year!
In my free time I like to play basketball and spend some time with friends and family. I like to read and I like to cook (and my friends mostly like it too)!

my name is Colin Claessen (he/him) and the upcoming year I will be the Vice-Political Chair of SOFv. Like Iris, I have a seat in the USC where I will advocate for the interests of study organisations in Nijmegen.
To share a bit more about myself; I am 22 years old and I am currently in my fourth year of the bachelor Geography, Spatial Planning and Environment. Last year I was the Commissionar of External Affaires for study association Mundus; a position which I enjoyed profoundly. Therefore I am also very much looking forward to the upcoming academic year!
As a member of the USC, I am there to help you. So if there is anything with which you need help, feel free to talk to me on campus or perhaps in one of the many bars that Nijmegen has!
